1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of alterstride.com and everything on it, including playbooks, blogs, research and episodes. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who we are
AlterStride is the brand under which Aakash Sinha, an independent GTM consultant based in Bengaluru, India, publishes content and offers fractional GTM work. "AlterStride", "we" and "us" mean Aakash Sinha.
3. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access parts of it you're not meant to
Use the site to send spam, or to break any law
Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection to AlterStride
4. Free content
Playbooks, blogs, research and episodes are free to read, watch and download. AlterStride and Aakash Sinha own them unless a guest or third party is credited.
You're welcome to quote and share them with credit and a link back to alterstride.com. You may not republish them in full, sell them, or present them as your own work.
5. Not professional advice
Our content shares experience and opinions on B2B GTM. It is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice for your situation. Results and numbers in playbooks and case notes come from specific contexts, and yours may differ.
Guests on the GTM & AI Operators show share their own views, which may not be ours.
6. CopyKernel
CopyKernel is a separate product with its own site. Links to it from alterstride.com take you there, and its own terms and privacy policy apply.
7. Fractional GTM services
Descriptions of services on the site are not an offer. Aakash Sinha takes on fractional GTM work as an independent contractor, under a separate written contract with each client. That contract takes priority over these terms for that work.
8. Our brand
The names AlterStride, GTM & AI Operators and CopyKernel, and their logos, belong to Aakash Sinha. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work.
9. Third-party links
The site links to and embeds content from other platforms, such as YouTube and LinkedIn. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer
The site and everything on it is provided as is and as available. We try to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AlterStride is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its content, including lost revenue, lost data or missed opportunities. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to INR 10,000.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover any loss or claim against AlterStride that results from your breach of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
